E-Inkey Keyboard Concept

January 30, 2013 in Concepts by TK

Probably one of the best concepts I have seen in a very long time, and one that could possibly come out and sell very well, is the E-Inkey Keyboard concept. Designed by Maxim Mezentsev & Aleksander Suhih, this takes the Maximus prime keyboard and uses an e-ink display which is far more efficient and to be honest just better. Not because of the battery life but also the fact that we don’t need an led screen per keyboard, well, maybe some of us do, but for the majority e-ink would be just fine. Also to be able to switch to different layouts is just way to awesome.

As you can see above the keys change pending the application being used and doesn’t lose the beauty of the design, rather it enhances it. Well done Maxim Mezentsev & Aleksander Suhih. I really hope that you guys can bring this out to the public market because I know I’ll sign up for one.
